The following information is stored only in your local browser storage and is never transmitted to our servers:

Login Credentials: Your ais.usvisa-info.com email and password
Appointment Preferences: Selected city, date ranges, blackout periods
Configuration Settings: Refresh intervals, IVR numbers, language preferences
User Authentication: Auth0 tokens for premium features (stored locally)
Usage Statistics: Local counters for refresh attempts and found dates

2.2 Data Transmitted to Third Parties

The Extension communicates with the following external services for legitimate purposes:

ais.usvisa-info.com: Official US visa appointment system
- Purpose: Check appointment availability and submit booking requests
- Data sent: Login credentials, appointment preferences, booking submissions
- This is required for the Extension to function
OHAYO IT Server (stripe-webhook.cjcxzro.workers.dev): Our backend service
- Purpose: Service optimization and premium feature verification
- Data sent: First available appointment date found (date only, no personal information)
- Why: To improve service quality and verify premium subscription status
- What is NOT sent: Your name, email, password, or any personally identifiable information
- Example data: "2025-02-15" (just the date)
Auth0 (*.auth0.com): Authentication service
- Purpose: User authentication for premium features
- Data sent: Authentication requests only
- No credentials or personal data stored on Auth0 servers
Stripe Payment Webhook: Payment processing
- Purpose: Verify premium subscription payments
- Data sent: Payment confirmation data only
- No credit card information is handled by the Extension

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect, store, or transmit:

Your browsing history
Data from other websites or tabs
Personal information beyond what's needed for visa appointments

Data is encrypted by the browser and isolated from other extensions
Only this Extension can access its stored data

All network communications use HTTPS encryption

5. User Rights

You have the right to:

Delete: Remove the Extension at any time, which deletes all locally stored data

6. Data Retention

Data is stored indefinitely in your local browser until you uninstall the Extension or clear your browser data
No data is retained on our servers
Premium authentication tokens expire according to Auth0's policies
